The annual Frontline ED Conference is a two-day event that will focus on innovation in clinical practice within the emergency department. This could include new and emerging technologies, innovation in practice and clinical practice guidelines. New or innovative processes for streamlining clinical practice and improving patient outcomes through, fast tracking, triage and patient care/flow management strategies, including interdisciplinary care strategies.

The event is aimed at all levels of emergency nurses within both public and private hospital Emergency Departments; nurses looking to transition to emergency nursing and wishing to gain skills and knowledge in current trends within emergency care; Student nurses looking for a career in emergency nursing; Any Registered Nurse with an interest in emergency nursing; and other allied health care professionals with an interest in or working within emergency departments.

The event will include:

  • Keynote speakers across two days

  • Plenary sessions across two days

  • Workshops across two days

  • Exhibition and trade across two days

  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea sessions

  • Cocktail reception dinner on the evening of day one
